Here is the brainstorming board (made in Miro) where we collected ideas, requirements and questions.

Then we clustered each note in topics.

We split the group into 2 streams: data analysts and UX designers

Data analysts are figuring out what aggregation or KPIs they can produce with the data available. UX Designers are brainstorming on what data makes sense to visualize and how to visualize it.
